Our Work: Convening

The Saint Paul Children’s Collaborative welcomes any individual or organization interested in improving the well-being of children and families in Saint Paul to participate in our Community of Care.  This group meets several times each year to share information on programs, best practices, funding opportunities and other topics of interest to the group.  If you would like to receive notifications of future meetings and other information from the Community of Care, please send an e-mail to SPCC@advance-consulting.com.  Please also email us with ideas for Community of Care meeting topics, training opportunities or community resources to share.

Information on a few of our Community of Care meetings may be found below.

Applications to Train ACE Interface Presenters

Periodically, the Saint Paul Children’s Collaborative, in partnership with FamilyWise Services, has the opportunity to nominate people from our community to be trained to present the Understanding Adverse Childhood Experiences: Building Self-Healing Communities curriculum to others in the community.  Those opportunities will be posted here when available.

You can learn more about this initiative at the More Resilient Minnesota webpage here.

February 21, 2024: Sprockets Activator Improvement Cycle

Sprockets’ Activator Improvement Cycle is a free resource that Saint Paul Children’s Collaborative encourages our community out-of-school-time partners to participate in to learn how to collect and use data to understand how young people are experiencing their program, and to improve that experience over time. You can see a recording of a one-hour learning session and the resources that were shared during that session here:
