The Saint Paul Children’s Collaborative welcomes any individual or organization interested in improving the well-being of children and families in Saint Paul to participate in our Community of Care. This group meets several times each year to share information on programs, best practices, funding opportunities and other topics of interest to the group. If you would like to receive notifications of future meetings and other information from the Community of Care, please send an e-mail to SPCC@advance-consulting.com. Please also email us with ideas for Community of Care meeting topics, training opportunities or community resources to share.

Applications to Train ACE Interface Presenters
The Saint Paul Children’s Collaborative, in partnership with FamilyWise Services, has the opportunity to nominate people from our community to be trained to present the Understanding Adverse Childhood Experiences: Building Self-Healing Communities curriculum to others in the community. We are accepting applications now and slots will be filled on a rolling basis. The training will be delivered through a free virtual two-day course held on November 5 and 6, 2025 from 9:00 – 4:00 CST, and a virtual community of practice on December 3 from 9 – 11am. Full attendance at all three sessions is required!
Attendees who complete the training and related requirements of co-presenting at least twice will have the chance to be become certified ACE Interface trainers. There is no charge to participate in this training, but those selected will be asked to co-present the training to other interested community groups in order to attain certification. For more information on the certification process and requirements, please register for a one hour lunch and learn to be held on September 17, 2025 from noon – 1pm via zoom, a chance to learn more and get any of your questions answered.
You can learn more about this initiative at the More Resilient Minnesota webpage here.

February 21, 2024: Sprockets Activator Improvement Cycle
Sprockets’ Activator Improvement Cycle is a free resource that Saint Paul Children’s Collaborative encourages our community out-of-school-time partners to participate in to learn how to collect and use data to understand how young people are experiencing their program, and to improve that experience over time. You can see a recording of a one-hour learning session and the resources that were shared during that session here:
